Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of related experience and or training
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- strong problem-solving abilities
- ability to maintain composure during busy periods
- certification through IHOP training courses preferred

Job Duties
- lead and inspire the restaurant team
- manage and coordinate kitchen and front-of-house operations
- oversee restaurant cleanliness and organization
- conduct team huddles and staff meetings to set daily goals
- handle customer service issues and resolve complaints promptly
- monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- review daily performance and provide feedback and recognition to staff
