Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in the food service industry preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offering
  • education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma
  • willingness to complete a one-year certification program
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • strong teamwork skills
  • customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • assist with operational tasks such as ordering, receiving, and storage
  • participate in menu planning
  • work closely with General and Associate Managers
  • complete a one-year certification program in in-store management skills
  • support daily restaurant operations
  • contribute to team leadership and customer service excellence
