- 1-2 years experience in the food service industry preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offering
- education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma
- willingness to complete a one-year certification program
- ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- cross-trained in all skill positions within the restaurant
- assist with operational tasks such as ordering, receiving, and storage
- participate in menu planning
- work closely with General and Associate Managers
- complete a one-year certification program in in-store management skills
- support daily restaurant operations
- contribute to team leadership and customer service excellence
