Job Duties
- Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors and values

- contribute to hiring, retaining, and developing team members
- train team members on company processes, customer service, and policies
- assist with human resource tasks like scheduling and performance feedback
- ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
- manage inventory par levels and ordering systems
- provide excellent customer service and respond to complaints
- assist with marketing events and promotions
- manage weekly KPIs and work towards achieving goals
- maintain store and property cleanliness
- ensure security in handling deposits and safe contents
- manage P&L to reduce waste and ensure profitability
