Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience preferred
  • ability to lead up to 20 team members
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to learn and adapt
  • excellent communication skills
  • basic understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors and values

  • assist with human resource tasks like scheduling and performance feedback
  • ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation

  • provide excellent customer service and respond to complaints
  • assist with marketing events and promotions
  • manage weekly KPIs and work towards achieving goals
  • maintain store and property cleanliness
  • ensure security in handling deposits and safe contents
  • manage P&L to reduce waste and ensure profitability
