- Ability to manage a business with over $1 million in revenue

- Experience managing a business with revenues over $1 million
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high-performance team of associates
- Lead by example and treat people with dignity and respect
- Utilize Fazoli's policies, systems and processes to execute the restaurant concept flawlessly
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff
- Strive for continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Support the General Manager and prepare for future General Manager responsibilities
