  • Ability to manage a business with over $1 million in revenue

  • Proven leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate a team
  • Strong knowledge of business operations including sales, marketing, and human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience managing a business with revenues over $1 million

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high-performance team of associates
  • Lead by example and treat people with dignity and respect
  • Utilize Fazoli's policies, systems and processes to execute the restaurant concept flawlessly
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff
  • Strive for continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Support the General Manager and prepare for future General Manager responsibilities
