Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • 12 plus months restaurant management experience for external candidates
  • 6 plus months experience as a fazoli's associate trainer for internal candidates
  • open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
  • flexibility to transfer and assist at other fazoli's locations as required

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged equivalent

  • 6 plus months experience as a successful associate trainer for internal candidates
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong business acumen including inventory and scheduling management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • lead shifts and manage daily restaurant operations
  • manage inventory including ordering and stock control
  • schedule employees effectively to meet business demands
  • reconcile cash and perform financial transactions accurately
  • uphold great guest service standards and ensure customer satisfaction
  • implement and enforce food safety and operational policies
  • support and mentor team members to foster a positive work environment
