Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- 12 plus months restaurant management experience for external candidates
- 6 plus months experience as a fazoli's associate trainer for internal candidates
- open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- flexibility to transfer and assist at other fazoli's locations as required

- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong business acumen including inventory and scheduling management

Job Duties
- lead shifts and manage daily restaurant operations
- manage inventory including ordering and stock control
- schedule employees effectively to meet business demands
- reconcile cash and perform financial transactions accurately
- uphold great guest service standards and ensure customer satisfaction
- implement and enforce food safety and operational policies
- support and mentor team members to foster a positive work environment
