Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one plus year of experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- comfortable using technology including POS systems and inventory tools
- ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours
- able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of restaurant or hospitality experience
- management experience preferred

- proficiency with technology such as POS and inventory tools
Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction
- oversee shift operations and team performance
- build relationships with guests and team members through table visits and coaching
- motivate and guide team members in a fast-paced environment
- use technology tools including POS systems and inventory management
- maintain high standards for service and cleanliness
- manage conflict resolution effectively
