- Strong people skills and a genuine love for leading and developing others
- Desire to thrive in a progressive, growing company
- Solid critical thinking skills, especially around improving processes and operations
- Enthusiasm for using technology to enhance the workplace and efficiency
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Physical ability to stand for the entire shift
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Comfort greeting customers, collecting feedback on food/service, and making immediate improvements based on it
- True team-player mentality ready to jump in and help wherever needed

Job Duties
- Supervise cashiers and front-of-house staff during shifts
- Perform quality control checks on dishes and presentation
- Handle phone orders as needed
- Resolve customer issues professionally (especially in the manager's absence)
- Ensure full compliance with health codes and safety standards
- Model and uphold Pita Kitchen's core values: Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance, and Ethics at all times
