  • Strong people skills and a genuine love for leading and developing others
  • Desire to thrive in a progressive, growing company
  • Solid critical thinking skills, especially around improving processes and operations
  • Enthusiasm for using technology to enhance the workplace and efficiency
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
  • Physical ability to stand for the entire shift
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Comfort greeting customers, collecting feedback on food/service, and making immediate improvements based on it
  • True team-player mentality ready to jump in and help wherever needed

Job Duties

  • Supervise cashiers and front-of-house staff during shifts
  • Perform quality control checks on dishes and presentation
  • Handle phone orders as needed
  • Resolve customer issues professionally (especially in the manager's absence)
  • Ensure full compliance with health codes and safety standards
  • Model and uphold Pita Kitchen's core values: Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance, and Ethics at all times
