Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 12 months restaurant management experience for external candidates
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Fazoli’s Associate Trainer for internal candidates
- Open availability to work during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Work with and through others to accomplish goals
- Perform management functions such as inventory management, scheduling, cash reconciliation
- Lead by example and treat all individuals with dignity and respect
- Execute Fazoli’s policies, systems and processes to uphold brand standards
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including guest service, sales, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
- Inspire and support team members to deliver great guest service
- Foster teamwork and a positive work environment
