Job Qualifications
- Full-time availability required including all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing
- Valid state driver's license

- Capability to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands throughout shifts
- Push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 10 lbs frequently and over 50 lbs occasionally
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- Coach and correct team members
- Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- Maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
- Assign shift duties to team members and ensure completion
- Direct team efforts ensuring all food items meet brand and health regulations
- Cascade relevant information to team members and assist with new product training
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records
- Complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
- Communicate any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- In absence of Restaurant Manager, complete daily, weekly, and end of period paperwork and administrative duties
- Guarantee a safe environment by following all government laws and safety codes
- Complete reports on all incidents promptly following company policy
- Partner with the Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
