Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work minimum 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week including flexible schedule with days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to successfully pass background check
- Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- 1-3 years management experience required
- Restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan and certifications
- Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations
- Ensure proper training, coaching, and development of team members
- Create and manage effective work schedules compliant with company standards and local laws
- Plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations
- Provide leadership, supervision, and coaching to team members to achieve goals
- Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are upheld consistently
- Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager
- Assist with performance reviews and mentor team members
- Foster a positive culture and healthy morale through recognition and leading by example
- Handle and report guest and team member complaints, concerns, and injuries promptly
- Ensure adherence to all operational processes, policies, and procedures
- Maintain compliance with franchise and company guidelines and federal, state, and local laws
- Use management tools to keep accurate and current records
- Maintain safety compliance and report any human resources or risk management concerns
- Perform other duties necessary for effective restaurant operation
- Demonstrate flexibility to perform tasks beyond job description
