Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, knee and lift (25 - 50 pounds)
- Mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Willingness to work 10 hour shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Some restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and inventory skills
Job Duties
- Cross-train in all skill positions within the restaurant
- Assist in ordering, receiving, and storage of food items
- Participate in menu planning and implementation
- Support General Manager and Kitchen Manager in day-to-day operations
- Complete 7-week hands-on training and management skill modules
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Lead and motivate team members to ensure excellent customer service
