Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • minimum 18 years of age
  • 12 plus months restaurant management experience for external candidates
  • 6 plus months experience as a Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates
  • open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
  • flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's locations as business needs arise
  • ability to work with diverse teams
  • strong leadership and integrity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • minimum 12 months restaurant management experience for external candidates
  • minimum 6 months experience as a Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise restaurant shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • manage inventory and control costs effectively
  • develop and maintain employee schedules
  • perform cash handling and reconciliation duties
  • train and mentor team members to uphold service standards
  • implement company policies and procedures consistently
  • assist in marketing and sales-building initiatives
