Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in the food service industry
  • preferably in a management capacity
  • experience in a high volume restaurant
  • completion or pursuit of high school diploma
  • college coursework in hospitality or business preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • cross-train in all skill positions within the restaurant
  • assist with ordering, receiving, and storage of supplies
  • collaborate on menu planning and operational tasks
  • work closely with General and Associate Managers
  • complete a one-year certification program in in-store management skills
  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • support team members and foster a positive work environment
