Job Requirements
- high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
- minimum age of 18 years
- 12+ months restaurant management experience for external candidates
- 6+ months experience as Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates
- open availability to work all shifts during restaurant operations
- flexibility to transfer or assist at other restaurants as needed

Job Duties
- work with and through others to accomplish goals
- lead shifts and perform management functions such as inventory management, scheduling, cash reconciliation
- ensure great guest service is delivered every day
- uphold Fazoli's policies, systems and brand standards
- manage restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain and facilities maintenance
- foster teamwork and a positive work environment
- continuously strive for operational excellence and improvement
