Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in a food service or retail environment
- must be servsafe certified or able to obtain certification
- valid driver’s license
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to use basic word processing and spreadsheet software
- ability to supervise, counsel, motivate, and train others
- availability to work sunday-saturday shifts, minimum 5 days and 40 hours per week, including various shifts and on-call duties
- ability to stand frequently, occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, walk, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to pay attention to detail and use mathematical skills
- judgment to make decisions under time constraints

Job Duties
- follows all policy and procedures
- complies with uniform standards and sanitation/hygiene requirements
- is present for all assigned shifts and ensures successful transition to pm shift
- promotes team service standards by staffing and deploying effectively
- meets requirements of assigned training program including basic management training, hr training, and servsafe certification
- communicates with restaurant manager and franchise manager about product outages and maintenance needs
- actively delegates tasks using the daily shift plan and holds others accountable
- demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ensures continual positive interaction among team
- coaches employees and uses progressive counseling
- frequently talks to customers, vendors, and uses written communication
- coordinates consistent planning, training, and preparation of all products
- ensures proper preparation of products according to spec and customer preference
- possesses ability to execute all positions according to brand standards
- understands and adheres to all quality standards
- completes necessary tasks to maintain service area and sales area
- ensures proper inventory levels and orders supplies
- delivers and ensures crew executes great customer service through greeting, order handling, and payment processing
- handles complaints quickly and effectively
- manages shift to ensure team service expedites customer orders
- interacts with crew and guests using clear communication
- completes and utilizes daily shift plan
- monitors service times and delivers corrective actions
- ensures successful opening and closing of store operations
- performs night visits to ensure service standards
- trains new hires and tracks e-learning completion
- reviews practice on positions to ensure knowledge and proper execution
- maintains premises to cleaning and sanitation standards
- utilizes master cleaning schedule and delegates tasks
- practices all safety and sanitation procedures
- follows all safety and health regulations
- handles money and deposits responsibly
- completes and posts schedules
- tracks and reviews reports as required
- maintains operational efficiency and profitability
- collaborates with management to implement sales-building methods
- controls food waste and labor costs
- meets budget percentages and controls turnover and overtime
- other duties as assigned
