Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in the food service industry preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant
  • High school diploma required
  • Willingness to participate in certification program
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Strong work ethic
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in the food service industry preferably in management
  • Completion of high school diploma
  • College coursework in hospitality or business preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Cross-trained in all skill positions within the restaurant
  • Learn and perform operational tasks including ordering, receiving, and inventory storage
  • Work closely with General and Associate Managers
  • Complete a one-year certification program in store management
  • Assist with menu planning
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations under supervision
  • Support staff training and development
