Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Able to work 45 hours per week depending on business needs
  • Availability to work any day and time especially on busiest days including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain a friendly, polite, and courteous attitude
  • Capability to handle guest concerns professionally
  • Commitment to creating a positive work environment
  • Willingness to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to adhere to company procedures and standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Previous leadership or management experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Recruits, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
  • Monitors staffing levels and ensures sufficient talent development

  • Maintains restaurant cleanliness inside and outside
  • Partners with Restaurant Manager for operational and financial performance analysis
  • Develops and executes action plans to improve sales and profitability
  • Monitors costs and adheres to budgets and restaurant goals
