Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work 45 hours per week depending on business needs
- Availability to work any day and time especially on busiest days including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a friendly, polite, and courteous attitude
- Capability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Commitment to creating a positive work environment
- Willingness to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Basic math skills
- Ability to adhere to company procedures and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
- Proven analytical skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous leadership or management experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills

- Partners with Restaurant Manager for operational and financial performance analysis
- Develops and executes action plans to improve sales and profitability
- Monitors costs and adheres to budgets and restaurant goals
