Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years management experience
- Valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful background check
- Ability to interact cooperatively with others and possess strong leadership and organizational skills

- 1-3 years management experience required
- Restaurant management experience preferred
- Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and interpersonal ability
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
Job Duties
- Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan
- Obtain Food Safety Certification and Manager Certification
- Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members exceed guest expectations
- Ensure team members receive proper training including ongoing coaching and development
- Create effective work schedules following company standards and local laws
- Plan and delegate shift assignments including communicating expectations and adjusting as needed
- Supervise and coach team members to perform at their highest level and achieve quarterly goals
- Ensure consistent service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
- Communicate performance concerns to General Manager
- Assist with performance reviews and mentor team members
- Create and maintain positive culture and healthy team morale through recognition and leading by example
- Handle and report guest and team member complaints, concerns, or injuries timely and respectfully
- Ensure all processes, policies, and procedures are properly followed during daily operations
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with Zaxbys guidelines
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and guidelines
- Utilize management tools and keep accurate and current records
- Maintain flexibility to perform beyond position parameters
- Ensure team works safely and follows all safety guidelines and procedures
- Report human resources and risk management concerns promptly to management
- Escalate other concerns to supervisor when appropriate
- Perform all duties necessary for proper restaurant operation
