Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offering
- education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma
- college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred

Job Duties
- manage daily restaurant operations
- oversee ordering, receiving, and storage of inventory
- assist in menu planning and execution
- complete a one-year management certification program
- support General and Associate Managers in operational tasks
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- supervise and train restaurant staff
