Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Be 18 years of age or older
- 12 plus months restaurant management experience for external candidates
- 6 plus months experience as a Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's restaurants as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum 12 months restaurant management experience for external candidates
- Minimum 6 months experience as a successful Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer and assist at other Fazoli's locations as needed
Job Duties
- Work with and through others to accomplish goals
- Perform management functions such as inventory management, scheduling, and cash reconciliation
- Lead shifts and ensure great guest service
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration, and facility maintenance
- Lead by example and treat all individuals with dignity and respect
- Support and develop team members to maintain high standards and operational excellence
- Uphold company policies and represent the Fazoli's brand with integrity
