This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc. As such, the independent franchisee—not Jack in the Box Inc.—will be your direct employer. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to work under pressure
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to perform basic math calculations
- good organizational skills
- ability to motivate and manage team members
- commitment to creating a positive work environment
