Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in management
  • Previous leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial results
  • Strong team-building and motivational skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Leadership experience in a multi-unit or high-volume restaurant is a plus

Job Duties
