Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Work directly alongside employees to lead daily restaurant operations

  • Maintain a positive and welcoming dining experience for all customers
  • Analyze operational and guest service needs and implement improvements
  • Mentor and develop staff to foster growth and teamwork
  • Enforce company policies and maintain regulatory compliance
