Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- open availability to work shifts during restaurant hours
- willingness to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's locations
- minimum 12 months restaurant management experience for external candidates
- minimum 6 months experience as associate trainer for internal candidates
- possess strong leadership skills
- demonstrate integrity and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
- 12 plus months restaurant management experience for external candidates
- 6 plus months experience as a successful Fazoli's associate trainer for internal candidates
- ability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's locations

- lead team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- manage inventory and control costs effectively
- develop staff schedules to meet operational needs
- oversee cash handling and reconciliation processes
- maintain high standards of guest service
