Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager and General Manager in managing the food and beverage operations for the Italian Fine Dining restaurant 312
  • Maintain service quality and restaurant standards to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage front-of-house staffing including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Oversee inventory management and control to optimize costs
  • Execute daily restaurant operations efficiently and in alignment with company policies
  • Provide strategic vision and tactical execution to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • Motivate and build team cohesion focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences
