Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related leadership role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with restaurant management systems and software
- Physical ability to perform duties in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a fast-casual or restaurant environment
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively
- Strong business acumen with experience managing a business over $1 million in sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity and high standards of service
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Passion for guest service and team leadership
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high performance team of associates
- Lead by example and uphold Fazoli's core values including integrity and guest service
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including sales, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facility maintenance
- Collaborate with the General Manager and team to ensure restaurant success
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment where teamwork is emphasized
- Drive the pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement in restaurant performance
- Support the development and growth of future leaders within the organization
