Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as a crew handbook
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers

Job Duties
- Lead the crew by setting an example of excellent customer service
- Motivate and manage the team during shifts
- Make subs and run the register as needed
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties
- Schedule staff and manage shift logistics
- Balance friendliness with efficiency during service
- Maintain focus on customer satisfaction and operational smoothness
