Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum 12 months restaurant management experience for external candidates
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer and assist at other Fazoli's locations as needed
- Strong leadership and customer service skills

- Manage inventory, scheduling, and cash reconciliation
- Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered every shift
- Uphold Fazoli's standards and policies with integrity
- Collaborate with management and crew to maintain a positive work environment
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly
- Support marketing and sales initiatives to drive restaurant performance
