Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- 1-3 years management experience required
- Restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan
- Obtain food safety certification and manager certification
- Ensure guest satisfaction by exceeding their expectations
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Create and manage work schedules according to company standards and laws
- Delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations
- Supervise and lead team members to achieve performance goals
- Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards consistently
- Communicate performance issues to General Manager
- Assist with performance reviews and mentoring of team members
- Foster positive culture and team morale through recognition and leadership
- Address and report guest and team concerns, complaints, and injuries promptly
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Uphold federal, state, and local laws and guidelines
- Maintain accurate and current records using management tools
- Demonstrate flexibility to exceed job expectations
- Promote safe work practices and safety guideline adherence
- Report human resources and risk management issues to management
- Escalate concerns to supervisors appropriately
- Perform all duties necessary for smooth restaurant operations
