Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- 12 plus months restaurant management experience for external candidates
- 6 plus months experience as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer for internal candidates
- open availability to work all restaurant shifts
- flexibility to transfer or assist at other locations
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent communication skills
- capability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
- oversee inventory management and ordering
- create and manage employee schedules
- reconcile cash and ensure accurate financial transactions
- maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
- train and mentor team members
- provide excellent guest service and resolve customer issues
