Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in the food service industry preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offering
- education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma
- college coursework in hospitality or business preferred
- ability to work flexible hours
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of high volume restaurant operations
- basic understanding of menu planning and inventory control
- completion of a high school diploma
- some college coursework in hospitality or business preferred
- strong communication and leadership skills
- willingness to complete training and certification program
Job Duties
- cross-train in all skill positions within the restaurant
- assist with operational tasks including ordering, receiving, and storage
- participate in menu planning
- work closely with General and Associate Managers
- complete a one-year certification program on in-store management skills
- oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts
- support team members and provide excellent customer service
