- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- 12+ months restaurant management experience for external candidates
- 6+ months experience as a Fazoli's associate trainer for internal candidates
- open availability to work all shifts
- willingness and ability to transfer or assist at other store locations as needed

Job Duties
- lead shifts and ensure smooth restaurant operations
- manage inventory and supplies
- create and maintain employee schedules
- perform cash reconciliation and handle financial transactions

- assist in training and developing restaurant staff
