Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of restaurant leadership experience
- strong knowledge of luxury service standards
- excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- ability to provide leadership guidance and support
- strong time management skills
- ability to operate necessary computer equipment including Micros POS and Microsoft Office
- excellent communication skills
- excellent written and verbal presentation skills in English
- superior sense of organization
- flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- US work authorization required

- support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing Evelyn's Restaurant
- provide hands-on leadership to the restaurant service team
- ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- anticipate and meet guest needs to maintain high service standards
- uphold Four Seasons’ luxury service standards consistently
- manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
