Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in food service industry
- preferably management experience
- completion of high school diploma
- preferred college coursework in hospitality or business
- willingness to learn and complete training modules
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- cross-train in all skill positions within the restaurant
- gain knowledge of ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning
- work closely with General and Associate Managers
- complete a one-year certification program in-store management
- assist with daily operational tasks
- support team members and provide customer service
- help maintain compliance with company standards
