Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one to two years of restaurant or kitchen experience required
  • Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
  • Food Handler Certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand up to four hours
  • Must have effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one to two years of restaurant or kitchen experience
  • Food Handler Certification
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in staff training and scheduling
  • Ability to manage inventory and supplies

Job Duties

  • Assist in all kitchen operations including food preparation cooking cleaning storage and equipment maintenance
  • Prepare and cook all menu dishes as needed
  • Assist Kitchen Manager in recruiting interviewing and selecting hourly staff for kitchen openings
  • Prepare kitchen employees weekly schedule and review bi-weekly time cards
  • Make or arrange for repairs and maintenance service on all equipment and facilities
  • Ensure company standards on food quality and safety procedures are maintained and enforced
  • Conduct regular inventory checks order supplies and check deliveries with guidance from Kitchen Manager
