Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- associate's degree preferred
- minimum one to two years of restaurant/kitchen experience
- food handler certification
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to stand for long periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- willing to relocate within a 50-mile radius
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Duties
- assist in all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, cleaning, storage, and equipment maintenance
- prepare and cook all menu dishes as needed
- assist Kitchen Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting hourly staff for kitchen openings
- prepare kitchen employees' weekly schedule and review bi-weekly time cards
- make or arrange for repairs and maintenance service on all equipment and facilities
- ensure company standards on food and safety procedures are maintained and enforced
- conduct regular inventory checks, order supplies, and check deliveries with guidance from Kitchen Manager
