Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years leadership experience in hospitality food and beverage
- Ability to move safely and efficiently about the facility
- Ability to carry or lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to handle food, objects, products, and utensils
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
- Must be at least 21 years of age

- 1-3 years leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality food and beverage environment
- Proven people management skills
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively verbally and in writing

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Control the day-to-day operations of the venue within company policies and staffing guidelines
- Maintain restaurant and bar cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards
- Control profit and loss through cash security, inventory management, labor management, and financial report review
- Maintain cost of goods sold, nightly comps, nightly recap reports, and safe audits by overseeing inventory
- Respond to customer service needs to provide high standards of service
- Assist the General Manager in managing third-party vendor contracts
- Complete financial and personnel payroll-related administrative duties accurately and on time
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, supervise, motivate, discipline, and terminate team members as necessary
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents
- Manage third-party entertainment vendors and Entertainment Director
- Assist with daily deposits, safe counts, and cash security
