Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years leadership experience in hospitality food and beverage
  • Ability to move safely and efficiently about the facility
  • Ability to carry or lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to handle food, objects, products, and utensils
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality food and beverage environment
  • Proven people management skills
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively verbally and in writing

  • Internally motivated and detail oriented
  • Passion for teaching others
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Control the day-to-day operations of the venue within company policies and staffing guidelines
  • Maintain restaurant and bar cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards
  • Control profit and loss through cash security, inventory management, labor management, and financial report review
  • Maintain cost of goods sold, nightly comps, nightly recap reports, and safe audits by overseeing inventory
  • Respond to customer service needs to provide high standards of service
  • Assist the General Manager in managing third-party vendor contracts
  • Complete financial and personnel payroll-related administrative duties accurately and on time
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, supervise, motivate, discipline, and terminate team members as necessary
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents
  • Manage third-party entertainment vendors and Entertainment Director
  • Assist with daily deposits, safe counts, and cash security
