Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of restaurant manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Prior experience in FOH and BOH management
- Ability to work mornings and lead a team effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership capability to earn respect and manage staff
- Motivated morning person with passion for the hospitality industry
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of restaurant manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and customer service
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Upward career trajectory with increasing managerial responsibilities
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently and effectively
- Lead and motivate both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Ensure exceptional guest service and dining experience consistently
- Serve as primary leadership in the general manager's absence
- Oversee team development and staff training to maximize potential
- Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and customers
