Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Prior FOH and BOH management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Ability to work mornings and manage fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to uphold company culture and values

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Prior experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven passion for hospitality and career growth trajectory
  • Ability to motivate and earn respect of employees

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Serve as primary leadership in the absence of the General Manager
  • Ensure exceptional dining experience for all guests
  • Communicate clearly with team members and management
  • Oversee staff scheduling and performance
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
