Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain and maintain necessary food safety licenses or certifications
- meet physical demands including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 55 pounds
- willingness to work approximately 45 hours per week on variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- experience in management or leadership
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year of management or leadership experience
- experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- conflict resolution skills
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Job Duties
- leading and coaching restaurant teams alongside the General Manager
- delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a welcoming environment
- recruiting, hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff and shift managers
- following operational and inventory control procedures
- assisting with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local marketing
- maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- supporting team development and recognizing high performers
