Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to obtain and maintain necessary food safety licenses or certifications
  • meet physical demands including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • willingness to work approximately 45 hours per week on variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • experience in management or leadership
  • strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of one year of management or leadership experience
  • experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • conflict resolution skills
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

Job Duties

  • leading and coaching restaurant teams alongside the General Manager
  • delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a welcoming environment
  • recruiting, hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff and shift managers
  • following operational and inventory control procedures
  • assisting with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local marketing
  • maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
  • supporting team development and recognizing high performers
