Job Requirements
- at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of management or leadership experience
- experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
- ability to lead and develop teams effectively
- strong communication skills
- ability to resolve conflicts professionally
- physical capability to perform required job functions including standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds
- ability to obtain necessary food safety certifications
- valid driver’s license
- willing to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays
- at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
- experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proven conflict resolution abilities
- ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
- valid driver’s license
- ability to meet physical requirements of the role

Job Duties
- lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver operational excellence
- recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- ensure an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming environment
- assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
- follow operational and inventory control procedures
- maintain food safety standards and cleanliness
- support team development and recognize exceptional contributions
