Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
- Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds
- At least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Lead a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to deliver operational excellence
- Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming and supportive environment
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- Identify and develop talent within the team by supporting high performers and recognizing exceptional contributions
- Follow operational and inventory control procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
- Lead with a culture of food safety that meets company standards in food quality, safety practices, and cleanliness
