Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
  • Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to meet physical requirements such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds
  • At least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Lead a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to deliver operational excellence
  • Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming and supportive environment
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
  • Identify and develop talent within the team by supporting high performers and recognizing exceptional contributions
  • Follow operational and inventory control procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
  • Lead with a culture of food safety that meets company standards in food quality, safety practices, and cleanliness
