Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of P&L management
- Able to obtain required certifications and permits
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

- Partner with Restaurant Managing Partner for day-to-day operations
- Uphold and enforce company standards
- Oversee cost centers and manage budgets
- Create memorable experiences for guests and team members
- Serve as a culture champion and foster team motivation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
