Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of P&L management
  • Able to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Preferred experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules
  • Knowledge of local and state health codes

Job Duties

  • Partner with Restaurant Managing Partner for day-to-day operations
  • Uphold and enforce company standards
  • Oversee cost centers and manage budgets
  • Create memorable experiences for guests and team members
  • Serve as a culture champion and foster team motivation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
