Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- 12 plus months previous restaurant management experience for external candidates
- 6 plus months experience as Fazoli's Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during hours of operation
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's restaurants as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience of 12 plus months preferred
- Experience in casual dining or fast casual environment is a plus
- Experience as a successful Fazoli's Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's locations
Job Duties
- Recruit select hire train develop and retain a high performance team of associates
- Lead by example and treat all people with dignity and respect
- Execute Fazoli's policies systems and processes flawlessly
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including guest service sales-building marketing human resources supply chain administration and facilities maintenance
- Foster teamwork and collaboration within the team
- Strive for continuous improvement and pursue excellence every day
- Assist and support other Fazoli's restaurants as needed
