Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills required
- Must be able to attract, train, develop and retain top industry team members
- Strong guest service focus with ability to provide exceptional dining experiences
- Ability to define, measure and attain financial goals for the restaurant
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Some college preferred
- Minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills

- Strong guest service focus to provide an exceptional dining experience
- Ability to define, measure and attain financial goals including year-over-year sales growth, guest count increases, and cost management
Job Duties
- Ensures flawless execution of every detail on every shift by every team member to exceed guest expectations
- Provides direction, coaching, training and development for team members including food quality, service standards, safety and sanitation, and company policies
- Ensures all food, beverage and service standards, policies and procedures are adhered to
- Partners with the General Manager to ensure financial performance of the restaurant
- Ensures consistent execution of all systems, standards, inventory and cost controls
- Partners with the General Manager to create and implement plans to improve financial performance
- Plans, executes and follows up on new company initiatives with the General Manager
- Utilizes catering team to inspire community involvement and build sales
- Ensures team member and manager schedules support restaurant performance
- Interviews and assists in final selection of team members maintaining staffing par levels
- Verifies daily administration carried out according to policy and standards
- Organizes and plans work anticipating business needs
- Communicates effectively with guests, team members, management, owners and vendors
- Responds to guest feedback promptly ensuring positive recovery
- Ensures cleanliness of facilities and sufficient supply levels
- Follows safety procedures when operating equipment
- Provides a safe, professional and harassment-free work environment
- Handles multiple priorities and exercises good judgment under stress
