Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Manager ServSafe Certification preferred
- ability to work nights and weekends
- commitment to health and safety standards
- familiarity with scheduling, point of sale, invoicing, and inventory systems
- strong passion for the hospitality industry including guest interaction
- able to stand or walk continuously for 4-8 hours
- capable of frequently sitting, stooping, bending, shaking, pouring, and reaching
- able to continuously perform fine hand manipulation
- able to lift and carry 0-25 pounds regularly, 25-50 pounds occasionally, rarely over 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Passion for the restaurant industry and guest service
- minimum 1-2 years experience as a full-service restaurant manager
- Manager ServSafe Certification preferred
- passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
- willing to work nights and weekends
- dedication to health and safety standards
- familiarity with scheduling, POS, invoicing, and inventory systems
Job Duties
- Put the guest experience first
- ensure every item delivered meets Condado’s quality and presentation standards
- maintain awareness of restaurant vibe and set the staff standard
- find, train, and support team members daily
- serve the local community as friends and family
- uphold health and safety standards per company and Department of Health guidelines
- assist General Manager with COGS, labor, and budget control
- write schedules for Front of House staff considering strengths and business trends
- work closely with GM on initiatives
- assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new team members
- administer HR and risk management compliance
- supervise side work for all roles
- open and/or close the restaurant
- assist with weekly inventory execution
- maintain store emails
- build and adjust food, liquor, and dry stock ordering pars
- temp and taste food items
- perform other duties as needed
