Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to obtain required certifications and permits as per state and local laws
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

- Ability to motivate and develop a passionate team
- Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
- Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules
- Prior team management experience

- Partner with Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless daily operations
- Uphold company standards and brand integrity
- Oversee cost centers and financial performance
- Create memorable guest and team member experiences
- Champion company culture and promote continuous improvement
- Motivate, inspire, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with health codes and obtain required certifications
