Job Requirements

  • minimum one year of management or leadership experience
  • at least 18 years old
  • valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • ability to work 48 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 55 pounds
  • ability to obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
  • experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred

Job Duties

  • recruit, hire, train, and manage team members and shift managers
  • manage scheduling, labor, and expense controls
  • maintain food safety and quality standards according to company policies
  • foster a positive and accountable workplace culture
  • assist with local restaurant marketing efforts
