Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with hiring, training, managing, supervising, directing, and developing Great People ready to serve a SuperSONIC experience to every guest
- Demonstrate a fair, firm, fun leadership approach, and lead by example
- Assist with managing a profit and loss statement to exceed expectations every week, month, and year
- Swiftly resolve employee concerns with a thoughtful approach
- Celebrate team successes and coach for better performance
- Set expectations and provide clear and continuous feedback
- Create an upbeat positive atmosphere during the shift that makes work fun
- Help employees understand the big picture and their role by sharing the why behind tasks
- Use metrics to evaluate Drive-In performance and assist with necessary improvements
- Maintain and enforce SONIC safety and sanitation standards
- Relentlessly comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
