- Must meet or exceed the standards set forth by Te'Jun, The Texas Cajun Restaurants
- must be eligible to work in the United States
- must be honest and dependable
- must be able to communicate effectively
- must be able to work weekends (our busiest days are Friday and Saturday)
- must have a reliable source of transportation
- must have the ability to remain friendly, move fast, work hard, and make good decisions, even under pressure
- must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, and lift 25-60 pounds
- must take initiative and be motivated to grow and learn
- must be able to work individually and as part of a high-performance team
- must have excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
